چکیده
Abstract Background Recent studies have established the roles of microRNAs (miRNAs) in cancer progression. The aberrant expression miR-335-5p has been reported many cancers, including gastric (GC). In this study, precise GC as well molecular mechanisms underlying its effects, role target MAPK10, were evaluated. Methods Quantitative real-time PCR was used to evaluate levels cell lines and tissues. MTT colony formation assays detect proliferation, Transwell wound-healing invasion migration cells. correlation between cycle-related gene mitogen-activated protein kinase 10 (MAPK10) analyzed. addition, candidate evaluated by a luciferase reporter assay, qRT-PCR, western blotting. Results downregulated tissues lines. Furthermore, inhibited proliferation cells induced apoptosis. Additionally, arrested cycle at G1/S phase vitro. Levels MAPK10 correlated, directly targeted miR-335-5p. Conclusions These data suggest that is tumor suppressor acts via inhibit

MiR-493 suppresses the proliferation and invasion of gastric cancer cells by targeting RhoC
Objective(s):MiRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. However, their effect and prognostic value in gastric cancer is still poorly known. Materials and Methods: Gastric cancer cell lines were cultured. Tissue samples obtained from 36 gastric cancer patients were used for quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis. The tissue microarrays (T...
متن کاملMiR-654-5p attenuates breast cancer progression by targeting EPSTI1.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) dysregulation is a common event in a variety of human diseases including breast cancer. However, clinical relevance and biological role of miR-654-5p in the progression of breast cancer remain greatly elusive. Herein, the expression levels of miR-654-5p were aberrantly downregulated in human breast cancer specimens and four breast cancer cell lines. Low expression of miR-654-...
متن کاملMiR-630 suppresses breast cancer progression by targeting metadherin
MicroRNAs have been integrated into tumorigenic programs as either oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. The miR-630 was reported to be deregulated and involved in tumor progression of several human malignancies. However, its expression regulation shows diversity in different kinds of cancers and its potential roles remain greatly elusive. Herein, we demonstrate that miR-630 is significantly sup...
متن کاملmiR-30a suppresses lung cancer progression by targeting SIRT1
The class III histone deacetylase silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) is frequently overexpressed in a variety of tumors, including lung cancer; however, its regulatory mechanisms are largely unknown. In this study, we found that an inconsistent trend between SIRT1 protein and mRNA levels in human lung cancer tissues, suggesting that a post-transcriptional mechanism may involved in SIRT1 reg...
